We are seeking experienced Customer Advisors for the first Longines luxury brand boutique in Poland.

The person in this role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Job Description:

  • Providing professional customer service in line with the highest brand standards and guidelines;

  • Achieving sales targets and working with additional KPIs (e.g. UPT, ATV, conversion);

  • Performing minor technical tasks (e.g. adjusting watch bracelets);

  • Ensuring proper product display, working with VM and brand standards; maintaining cleanliness and order in the boutique;

  • Actively contributing to the boutique’s daily operations and development;

  • Handling administrative tasks related to sales systems, cash register operations, generating cash reports, etc.;

  • Monitoring and maintaining appropriate stock levels (reporting shortages, suggesting replenishments);

  • Participating in brand-organized training sessions (both online and offline, including in English);

  • Collaborating with other departments (accounting, HR, IT, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Customer Advisor in the premium or luxury retail sector;

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Manual dexterity (for performing minor technical tasks);

  • Fluency in Polish and very good command of English, allowing for professional service in both languages;

  • Interest in and knowledge of watches and the watchmaking industry is a plus.
